Email Delivery & Whitelisting Instructions

To make sure you continue receiving emails from us, please add the following email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list:

Modern email providers rely heavily on engagement (opening, replying, moving emails), so the steps below help ensure our messages reach your inbox.

If you ever find our email in your spam or junk folder:

  1. Open the email
  2. Click “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox
  3. (Optional but recommended) Reply to the email

This signals to your email provider that you trust us.

Add to Contacts:

  1. Open an email from us
  2. Click or tap the sender name
  3. Select “Add to Contacts”


Fix delivery issues:

  • Drag the email into your Primary inbox tab
  • Click “Yes” to apply this to future messages
  • If in Spam → click “Report not spam”

Mark as Safe:

  1. Open our email
  2. Click the three dots (…)
  3. Select “Mark as safe” or “Never block sender”


Or manually:

  1. Go to Settings → Mail → Junk Email
  2. Add info@tenaflynaturecenter.org, programs@tenaflynaturecenter.org, or development@tenaflynaturecenter.org to Safe senders
  1. Open an email from us
  2. Tap or click the sender name
  3. Select “Add to Contacts”

If in Junk:

  • Open the email
  • Tap “Move to Inbox”
  1. Open an email from us
  2. Click the three dots (…)
  3. Select “Add sender to contacts”

If in Spam:

  • Open the email
  • Click “Not Spam”

Many workplaces, schools, and internet providers use advanced spam filters (such as Barracuda, Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Google Workspace filtering). These may block or quarantine emails even if you’ve added us to your contacts.

If You Use a Work or School Email:

  • Check your Quarantine or Spam Digest emails
  • Look for messages from info@tenaflynaturecenter.org, programs@tenaflynaturecenter.org, or development@tenaflynaturecenter.org
  • Choose “Release,” “Allow,” or “Whitelist

If You Manage Your Own Spam Filter:

Add us to your Allow List/Safe Sender List:

  • Email: info@tenaflynaturecenter.org
  • Domain: @tenaflynaturecenter.org

If Emails Are Still Blocked:

  • Contact your IT department or email provider
  • Ask them to allow list our domain
  • Mention that you want to receive emails from: info@tenaflynaturecenter.org, programs@tenaflynaturecenter.org, or development@tenaflynaturecenter.org

If you’re using another email service:

  • Add us to your contacts
  • Mark emails as “Not Spam
  • Check your spam/junk folder regularly

Extra Tips for Best Delivery

  • Open and read our emails
  • Click links that interest you
  • Reply occasionally
  • Avoid deleting emails without opening

These actions improve future delivery.

If you continue having trouble receiving emails, please contact your email provider’s support team and ask how to allow or whitelist a sender.
