Schedule a Field Trip or TNC to Go

Plan ahead! Spring and fall time slots fill quickly—often months in advance. TNC is open year-round, so book early to secure your preferred date.

Program Availability

• Programs available 7 days a week, 9:00 am–9:00 pm (based on availability)

• School & summer groups: typically Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–2:00 pm

• Time slots include arrival, program activities, add-ons, and breaks

Steps to Schedule

1. Complete the Interest Form below (allow 24–48 hours for processing).

2. Review our Field Trip & TNC to Go Policies to learn what’s provided and expected.

3. Sign and return the confirmation & invoice form with your non-refundable deposit*.

4. Submit remaining balance* by the due date listed on your confirmation.
